This policy explains what i2b Health Research Supply LLC collects through i2b Supplies, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. What we collect

• Your order details: your name, email address and shipping address, what you ordered, and the payment method you chose.
• Your cart: kept in your own browser’s storage until you order or clear it. It is not sent to us until you check out.
• Server logs: your IP address and the pages requested, kept briefly to limit abuse and keep the site running.

We do not take card details on this site. If you pay through an emailed payment link, the payment provider handles your card details under its own privacy policy. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

2. How we use it

• To create your order and invoice, and to email you your payment details and order updates
• To match your payment to your order and ship it
• To answer you if you contact us
• To guard against fraud and meet our legal and tax obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

Only those who help us complete your order: our order and email systems, the warehouse that packs your parcel, the carrier that delivers it, and, if you use one, the payment-link provider. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for at least seven years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Other information is kept only as long as it is needed for the purposes above.

5. Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law; we honour them.

6. Age

This site is for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
