Terms of sale

i2b Supplies is operated by i2b Health Research Supply LLC (“i2b Health”, “we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of this site and every order placed through it. Placing an order means you accept them, together with our Shipping, Refunds and returns and Privacy policies.

1. Who may buy

You must be at least 21 years old and able to enter a binding contract. We may ask you to confirm your eligibility, and we may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. The products

This site sells laboratory supplies. They are sold for laboratory and research use only and are not for human or animal consumption. They are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product descriptions state what an item is, its contents and volume, and how it is supplied; they are not instructions for use. You are responsible for using and storing what you buy in line with the label and with the laws that apply to you.

3. Prices

Prices are in US dollars. The price shown on an item is the price charged for it. Shipping and any applicable state sales tax are calculated from your shipping address and shown in full at checkout, before you place the order. Prices can change; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. If an item is listed at a price that is clearly an error, we may cancel the order and tell you so.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order creates an invoice for the amount shown at checkout. It is an offer to buy, which we accept by shipping the order. We do not take or store card details on this site. You pay the invoice by the method you chose at checkout, using the payment details shown after you order and sent to you by email, or through a secure payment link we email to you. Include your invoice number with your payment so it can be matched to your order.

Orders are processed after payment clears. An order that has not been paid within 48 hours may be cancelled.

5. All sales are final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except for the replacements described in our Refunds and returns policy. Please check your order, including quantities and your shipping address, before you place it.

6. Shipping

We ship to addresses in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia only. Timing, rates and damage claims are set out in our Shipping policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, i2b Health Research Supply LLC and its officers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or of any product bought through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to it.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless i2b Health Research Supply LLC against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of any product, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any law.

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from them or from an order is resolved by binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, held in Florida.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
