Shipping

1. Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally. Some methods cannot deliver to PO boxes; a street address gives the most reliable delivery.

2. Processing

Orders are processed within one to three business days after payment clears. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Delivery estimates run from the day the order ships, not the day it was placed, and are the carrier’s estimates rather than guarantees.

3. Rates

The methods your order qualifies for, and their exact cost, are shown at checkout before you place it. Shipping is free on orders of $300.00 or more.

4. Tracking

We email a tracking number when your order ships. If you have not received one within three business days of your payment clearing, contact us.

5. Damage in transit

If your order arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery with your invoice number and photographs of the packaging and the item. Approved claims are settled with a replacement; see Refunds and returns.

6. Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, delivery was refused, or it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may carry a further shipping charge.
